Shipping policy

Delivery:

Merchandise can only be shipped to an Australian address. Please contact VisAbility's Living Aids shop by emailing LowVisionAids@visability.com.au for any international sales.

Postal:

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days via regular post and shipping is estimated at 5-10 business days but may also take up to 3 weeks depending on your location within Australia.  For audio book sales orders are dispatched within 14 working days.

If we are unable to supply an ordered item we will contact you within 5-10 working days of your order to arrange a refund, back-order or replacement product.

Electronic:

Educational resources are available via electronic download using the magicVortex secure file transfer system. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and will be available for download for 7 days. Please ensure you confirm the receipt of your downloaded files.  Items available for electronic download are eligible for free shipping.
